摘要
简要分析了可伐环冲压件的材质4J33瓷封合金的基本特性及冲压裂纹产生部位,全面深入地分 析了可伐环冲压裂纹产生的机理,并提出了切实可行的防止冲压裂纹的的技术方案。
On the basis of analyzing basic properties of ceramic seal alloy used for Kovar ring matierial and position producing stamping crack, mechanism of producing crack in the course of stamping Kovar ring has comprehensively and thoroughly analysed, and technique schemes preventing the ring from producing crack in the course of its stamping have been put forward.
