摘要
该文介绍了作者基于国内外各种车型的维修资料,基于故障树诊断的知识表示方法及其相应的诊断推理策略开发了一个汽车故障诊断系统.该系统把车辆的故障按总成进行分类,把每个总成级故障及其对应的故障原因构造成一棵以该总成级故障为顶事件的故障树,通过对故障树的搜索找出导致总成级故障的必然故障源和可能故障源,对于可能的故障源按其发生的概率给出故障处理的优先级.通过对Benz500sel发动机的故障诊断,验证了该系统的有效性和实用性.
In this Paper an automotive diagnostic system has been developed based on service information for various models of vehicles home and abroad. In this diagnostic system the faults for the vehicles are class ified by assembly. Every assembly level fault and its relevant fault sources are constructed to be a fault tree with the assembly level fault as its top event via searching the tree to find the certain and possible fault sources leading to this assembly level fault, for the possible fault sources the priorities for fault remedy being defined in terms of its prior probability. In this paper knowledge representation method and its reasoning strategy for fault tree based diagnosis is presented, and the availability and the effectiveness of the diagnostic system has been validated by diagnosing the engine of Benz 500sel.
