摘要
本文给出了印刷电路板 (PCB)特性阻抗的定义 ,分析了影响特性阻抗的因素及PCB的构造参数对特性阻抗精度的影响 。
The definition of characteristic Impedance of PCB is given.The factors which effect the PCB'S characteristic impedance are analyzed.The factors which the PCB'S structure parameters effect the PCB'S accuracy are also analyzed.Some proposals are given.
