摘要
我厂的煤气初冷器因管壁上结积杂质而影响其冷却作用。我们运用蒸气与氨水相结合的方法对其进行清扫,取得了良好效果,满足了焦炉扩孔投产后煤气大量增加的生产要求。
Impurities gathered in the duct wall affected the cooling effect of coal gas primary cooler. We used the method of vapor combining with ammonia liquor to clean the primary cooler and got good result as well as meet the prooducing requirement of increasing a large amount of gas.
