摘要
本文介绍了机加工质检系统基本结构,重点描述了其现场单元的关键设计方法和工作原理。针对传统质量控制的弊端,利用SPC(统计过程控制)方法,设计了该系统,通过推广使用,达到了降低成本、降低不良率、减少返工和浪费、提高劳动生产率以及提供核心竞争力的目的。
The basic framework of quality test system in machine process is introduced in this paper, and its key design method and work principle of the filed unit is described in detail. Aim at the traditional irregularity of quantity control, this system is designed by using SPC method, so the cost and bad rate declined, and the labor rate of production increased and the core competition ability provided.
