摘要
提出一种用三坐标数控磨床对硬质合金刀片圆角进行磨削的程序算法。在算法中 ,将待加工的曲面离散为一系列小平面 ,然后通过建立瞬态坐标系以及对相关节点和矢量进行坐标变换 。
An arithmetic is presented in this article,which can be used to machining a ruled surface with a 3 axis grinding NC machine.Firstly,the surface to be grinded is divided into a series of small planes.And by setting up instantaneous coordinates and transforming the coordinates of those points and vectors concerned,the increments of displacement of the three axes can be got.
