近年来出现的逆全球化浪潮,全球价值链的深化,对既有的全球治理体系和国际经贸规则,带来了冲击和变化。基于国际贸易投资等一系列因素的现实需求,国际经贸体系面临格局调整和规则重构的新形势。我国应基于自身发展实践,积极参与国际经贸规则的重构,提升国际话语权。

In recent years,the tide of anti-globalization and the deepening of global value chain have brought about shocks and changes to the existing global governance system and international economic and trade rules.Based on the realistic demand of a series of factors such as international trade and investment,the international economic and trade system is facing a new situation of pattern adjustment and rule reconstruction.Based on our own development practice,China should actively participate in the reconstruction of international economic and trade rules and enhance the international discourse power.
