Focusing on High-level Foreign Direct Investment Absorption

近年来,我国吸收外资规模和水平下降,面临着一系列挑战和问题,"稳外资"成为重要的经济任务。应破除外商投资的体制机制障碍,进一步扩大开放,放宽市场准入,贯彻落实好《外商投资法》,构建更加便利化、自由化的营商环境,同时,发挥经开区、产业园区、自由贸易区(港)等优势平台创新作用,着眼于高水平吸收外商直接投资。

In recent years,the scale and level of FDI absorption in our country have been declining,facing a series of challenges and problems,'stabilizing FDI'has become an important economic task.We should break down the obstacles to the institutional mechanism of foreign investment,further expand opening up,relax market access,implement the Foreign Investment Law,and build a more convenient and liberalized business environment.At the same time,we should give full play to the innovative role of advantageous platforms such as economic development zones,industrial parks and free trade zones(ports),with a view to attracting foreign direct investment at a high level.
