Building the New Pattern of Openness for the Region

我国开放进程中存在区域开放不均衡、东西部地区发展差距大、开放程度较低、区域开放与区域一体化不协调、区域开放战略重点不均衡等问题,应以五大发展理念为指导,优化区域开放布局,加快区域互联互通和区域经济一体化进程,推动构建丝绸之路自贸区,提升三四线城市开放水平,推动跨区域设立对外开放合作示范区,加快航空自由贸易港建设,开辟特色开放城市,多措并举努力构建区域全面开放发展新格局。

Imbalance of regional opening up,the huge development gap between eastern and western region,the degree of openness is low,the regional opening and regional integration are not coordinated,and the key point of the regional opening strategy isn’t balanced.We should use five development concepts to guide the construction of the new pattern of regional openness,we can optimize the regional open layout.We should accelerate the regional interconnection and interworking,and accelerate the process of the regional economic integration.We can push and construct the Silk Road FTA,promote the openness level of the third and four tier cities.We can set up the demonstration zone for opening up across the region,speed up constructing the aviation free trade port,open up the characteristic open city,taking various measures to build a new pattern of comprehensive open and development for the region.
