模拟范成法在非圆齿轮齿廓设计中应用

Application of the simulation of generating method in design of no-circle gear

针对非圆齿轮齿廓的特点 ,提出将模拟范成法引入AUTOCAD的图形绘制过程的方法 ,解决采用解析法、作图法等方法存在的计算繁琐或精度低的不足 。

Based on the advantage of no circle gear,a new method that introduces simulation of generating method to the process of AUTOCAD drawing formation is presented.The method resolves the problems of computing complexity and low accuracy of normal methods,and is expounded in detail by the example of elliptical gear.
