讨论脾气虚证动物模型初步规范化的造模方法和思路。主要是通过增大造模量使模型动物在一定造模时间的前提下达到“精气夺”。 (1)通过增大造模量途径夺其精气 :①运用体质筛选法 ;②将苦寒药用于建立气虚证模型 ;③在耗气破气法的基础上 ,运用降气法 ;④运用广豆根、旋覆花、槟榔等药味 ;⑤增大造模用药量 ;⑥ 4℃给药 ;⑦运用前轻后重的两阶段造模法 ;⑧重视形成固有病理。 (2 )功能优化 :①在目前脾虚证苦寒泻下、耗气破气、限量营养、劳倦过度、利血平 5个较有代表性的造模要素中 ,本造模方法实际上集中反映或涉及了苦寒泻下、耗气破气、限量营养、利血平4种 ,有较强的代表性 ;②避免采用与目前建立肾虚证模型相同或类似的方法。

It is discussed about the method and thought on establishing the primarily standardized animal model of the Spleen Qi Deficiency syndrome. To make “the animal's vital essence and energy severely damaged” in certain time,it is to increase the dosage of establishing model. (1) Damaging its vital essence and energy by increasing the dosage of establishing model:①Using the methed of constitutional screening;②Establishing the Qi Deficiency syndrome model by using drugs bitter in taste and cold in nature;③Employing the method of checking upward perverted flow of Qi based on the consuming and destroying Qi;④Using Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis,Inula Flower and Areca Seed etc,to establish the model;⑤Increasing the dosage of establishing model;⑥To medicate in 4℃;⑦The two-phase establishing model method of prophase gentlely and later stage seriously;⑧To emphasize on the forming of stable pathology. (2) Functional optimization:①Currently there are five representative factors such as purging with drugs bitter in taste and cold in nature,consuming and destroying Qi,nourishing limitedly,laboring excessively and using Rserpine in establishing model of Spleen Qi Deficiency syndrome. In fact,this method of establishing model is involved in purging with drugs bitter in taste and cold in nature,consuming and destroying Qi,nourishing limitedly and using Rserpine,so it is more representative. ②To avoid using the similar currently method of establishing the Kidney Deficiency syndrome model.
