伴随中国经济要素参与全球国际经贸分工合作的日益深化,中国金融业已成为参与国际金融体系建设的一支重要力量,尤其是开发性金融的地位和作用日益突出。本文基于城镇化与国际化相互联系的统一框架,深入探讨了中国开发性金融"走出去"可持续发展机制理论模型,通过对"走出去"项目在商业利益、国家利益与合作国利益三者整体均衡最大化上的价值评估,实现更为科学、可靠和有效的战略投融资决策,形成相对完善的评价体系,加强认识,指导实践。

As Chinese economic factors participate largely in the division of international economy and trade,Chinas financial industry has been an important power to attend the construction of international financial system,in which Chinas development-oriented finance will play a more and more important role.The thesis took a deep analysis on the model of sustainable development mechanism of Chinas development-oriented finance'going-out'based on the linked and unified system of urbanization and internationalization,and discussed how to maximize the balance value of commercial interest,state interest and the interest of cooperative countries,and then made a more scientific,reliable and efficient decision of strategic finance in order to forming a relative better assessment system.The system will help us to improve understanding and guide practices.
