Drawing lessons from the financial crisis,the U.S.introduced capital management and financial regulation measures to cope with financial crises,and has been trying to promote its financial security standards globally.Based on surveys and researches on capital management and financial regulation in China,this paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the content and influence of the U.S.measures,and makes objective and positive suggestions on how developing countries should cope with post-crisis challenges.
