Studies of Infrastructure Investment and Financing Reform in China

当前,中国经济面临着较大的下行风险,基础设施投资作为固定资产投资的先导,能够带动产业需求和经济发展,承担着稳定经济增长的重任。然而,现有基础设施投融资体制在一定程度上已不能适应投资需求,亟须改革创新。本文即对我国基础设施投融资改革进行了研究,提出了完善基础设施投融资改革的相关建议。

China is faced with a high risk of economic downturn,and infrastructure investment,as the pioneer and leader of fixed asset investment,will boost industrial demands and economic development and is aimed to stabilize economic growth.But the existing infrastructure investment and financing system has failed to meet investment needs to certain extent and is thus in need of reform.This paper studies the infrastructure investment and financing reform in China and proposes suggestions on its improvement.
