亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议(以下简称亚信),是亚洲国家探索亚洲安全治理模式的重要机制。2015年亚信非政府论坛首次年会就"开发性金融与亚洲发展"主题举行圆桌会议,在促进亚洲安全与发展、加强开发性金融机构互信与合作等方面,提供了重要的现实参考和政策建议。

The Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia(CICA)is a major mechanism adopted by Asian countries to explore a security governance mode in Asia.2015 The First Annual Conference of the CICA Non-Government Forum has held extensive and thorough discussions on the security and development of Asia and provided valuable references and policy recommendations regarding how to develop and implement confidence-building measures,enhance communication between different civilizations and promote common development.
