Wind power is a kind of worldly recognized clean renewable energy and represents the trend of energy development in China.This paper discusses the meaning and prospects of the synergetic planning and development of wind power and pumped storage power stations in Jiuquan and their active role in and practical value for the development of clean and renewable energy.
