海上风电行业信贷风险分析

Analysis of Credit Risks of the Offshore Wind Power Industry

中国海上风电仍处于示范运作阶段,欠缺商业化操作经验,在行政审批、技术、风资源、自然灾害等环节均面临一定程度的风险。本文对海上风电项目风险源进行了具体分析,结合行业特点对其中需重点把控的风险环节进行了总结与归纳,提出了相应的信贷工作建议。

Offshore wind power is still at the demonstrative operation stage in China and lacks experience in commercial operation,so there are certain risks with administrative examination and approval,technology,wind resources and natural disasters.This paper analyzes the risks for offshore wind power projects,summarizes the risks that deserve special attention in light of the characteristics of offshore wind power and makes suggestions on credit work accordingly.
