An Analysis of the Influence of TPP and TTIP and Policy Considerations

摘要《跨太平洋战略经济伙伴关系协定》(TPP)和《跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴关系协定》(TTIP),不仅将对现行国际贸易与投资格局产生重大影响,而且将对我国在全球产业链和国际经贸格局中的地位与作用产生重大影响,进而影响我国实现两个百年梦想的进程。本文谨探讨TPP与TTIP对国际贸易与投资规则的影响,研判上述两机制对我国外贸与对外投资的影响,进而提出应对上述国际经济发展新常态的对策。 The Trans-Pacific Partnership(TPP)and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership(TTIP)will have a major influence not only on current international trade and investment,but also on China's position and role in the global industry chain and international economic and trade picture as well as further on our move towards'Two 100s'.This article discusses the influence that the TPP and the TTIP have on international trade and investment rules,analyzes the two trade agreements' influence on China's foreign trade and investment,and proceeds to provide policy considerations in response to the new normal of international economic development.
