京津冀协同发展已经上升为国家战略,产业协同发展和升级转移是要率先突破的重点领域。国家开发银行作为开发性金融机构,肩负着服务国家战略、助力经济转型升级、促进区域协调发展的使命,在京津冀协同发展的战略下,有必要研究京津冀产业布局的调整方向,探索开发性金融支持京津冀产业协同发展的重点领域和业务模式。

The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has been elevated as a national strategy,and the coordinated development,upgrade and transfer of industries are top priorities.CDB,a development-oriented finance institution,shoulders the mission to serve national strategies,facilitate economic transformation and upgrade,and promote regional coordinated development.To implement the strategy for coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,it's necessary to study how to adjust the industrial structure in these places and explore the key areas and the business mode for developmentoriented finance to support the coordinated development in the three areas.
