From the angle of sociology and philosophy and on the basis of Max Weber's theories of the reason of value and the reason of practice,this paper conducts in-depth analysis on the logic behind the development of development-oriented finance in China,seeks the ultimate reason for successful development-oriented finance,and points out the direction for further development in the field of developmentoriented finance in China.
