摘要
融资租赁作为融资与融物相结合的金融工具,能够融合实业、金融与贸易,成为产融结合的纽带,充分发挥融资租赁的优势有助于实现中国制造业的升级目标。本文以国银租赁为例,通过研判中国制造业的发展现状和融资租赁的功能优势,提出融资租赁在中国制造2025进程中的角色和作用。
