国外绿色债券发展研究及对我国的启示

Study on Green Bond Development Abroad and Inspirations for China

近年来,绿色债券在国际上迅速发展并得到市场广泛认可。绿色债券不仅可以满足政府、企业等发行方的可持续发展目标、现实的融资需求,而且也能够满足投资者致力于环境保护和应对气候变化的良好愿望,是绿色金融的发展方向。本文研究了绿色债券的基本概念、特征及发展概况,并结合我国国情,重点从完善体制机制方面,对加快推出绿色债券提出了政策建议。

In recent years,green bonds have seen rapid development around the world and been widely recognized on the market.Green bonds meet the goal of sustainable development of governments,enterprises and other bond issuers,fulfill their financial demands,and cater to investors' goodwill for environmental protection and tackling climate change.It is a general trend in the development of green finance.This paper examines the basic concept,characteristics,and general development status of green bonds,and provides policy suggestions for promoting green bonds,mainly from the perspective of improving the system and mechanisms.
