The Central Economic Work Conference is an annual meeting at which the Chinese government unveils economic blueprint for the coming year.However,the supply-side reform proposed at the conference this year is something new.Given the requirements of the structural and cyclical adjustments through market mechanisms,new reform measures are imperative.Though painful,the structural adjustments will lay agood foundation for improved economic cycle and economic structure.2016 may be a tough and painful year for China's structural and cyclical adjustments of economy,but it also promises to become ayear of breakthroughs and great achievements.
