浙江省推动长江经济带综合交通建设系统性融资规划研究

Research on the Systematic Financing Planning for the Integrated Transportation Construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in Zhejiang Province

本文结合国家开发银行支持浙江省长江经济带综合交通建设的现状,围绕资金供需状况,提出了资本金和项目融资平衡方案,并立足问题导向,从政府投融资主体建设、差异化扶持政策、多元化资本引导、融资渠道和模式创新等方面,提出了解决思路和对策建议。

Based on the current situation of China Development Bank's support for the integrated transportation construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in Zhejiang Province,and the state of supply and demand of funds required by this project,this paper comes up with a scheme of balancing capital fund and project financing.By utilizing the problem-oriented approach,it also offers some solutions and suggestions in terms of government participation in the investment and financing,differentiated supportive policy,diversified capital guidance,financing channels and modes innovation.
