Research on the Development of Qingdao's Marine Economy in the Context of Supply-side Reform

随着我国经济进入新常态,无论从供给侧结构性改革、经济增长动力转换的角度出发,还是从"一带一路"、海洋强国等国家战略布局考量,加快海洋经济发展,都将是我国今后一个时期重要而紧迫的战略任务。青岛市作为我国著名的海洋科研城和山东半岛蓝色经济区龙头城市,提出了打造国际先进海洋发展中心的战略目标。要实现这一宏伟目标,需要进一步发挥金融服务海洋实体经济的基础性、关键性作用,特别是发挥好开发性金融的中长期投融资优势、综合金融服务优势和资金引领导向作用。

As the Chinese economy has entered the new normal,accelerating the development of marine economy is an important and urgent strategic task for the upcoming period in that it holds significance to the supply-side reform,the shift of engines for economic growth,the Belt and Road Initiative,and the national strategy of building China into a maritime power.As a city well-known for ocean research and a leader in the peninsular blue economic zone of Shandong,Qingdao set the strategic goal of building itself into a world-class marine development center.To attain this goal,it is necessary to bring into full play the fundamental role of finance in serving the needs of maritime real economy,and in particular,capitalize on the advantage of development-oriented finance in long-and mid-term investment and financing,the advantage of comprehensive financial services,and the leading role of capital.
