Research on the Status Quo of Real Estate Inventory and Measures for Cutting Inventory

化解房地产库存是中央确定的2016年经济工作"五大任务"之一。在当前全国库存积压与区域两极分化并存的关键时点,本文研究了房地产库存现状,剖析了高库存成因,归纳总结了去库存对策,并对当前棚改工作提出了初步的工作建议。

Cutting real estate inventory is one of the five key economic tasks set by the central government in 2016.At this critical stage of alarmingly high inventory nationwide and regional polarization,this article studies the status quo of real estate inventory,analyzes the causes,and presents measures for cutting inventory and suggestions on the rebuilding of rundown urban areas.
