贯彻五大发展理念,服务“一带一路”战略

Implementing Five Development Concepts,and Contributing to “The Belt and Road” Initiative

十八届五中全会提出的"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,是蕴含在"四个全面"战略布局中且引领"四个全面"战略布局的核心理念,是重大的理论创新。"五大发展理念"从不同的侧面揭示了发展的本质要求和规律,它不仅具有逻辑的严密性,而且具有现实的针对性。为了更好地服务国家"一带一路"战略,国家开发银行必须深入贯彻"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念。本文分别从五个方面对如何理解和深入贯彻五大发展理念进行了初步研究。

Five Development Concepts,i.e.,'innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development',put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee,are core concepts implied'Four-Pronged'Strategic Layout and directing'Four-Pronged'Strategic Layout.These development concepts mark significant theoretical innovations.From different perspectives,Five Development Concepts reveal the intrinsic requirements and laws of development,which not only demonstrate logical rigor,but also have realistic pertinence.In order to make more contributes to China's'The Belt and Road'initiative,China Development Bank must thoroughly implement'innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development'.From five aspects,this paper studies the approaches to understanding and thoroughly implementing the Five Development Concepts.
