摘要
本文从供给侧结构性改革的制度供给角度,探讨了开发性金融规划先行理念与方法、银政企社合作和共建模式在制度供给和创新方面的意义,提出了新时期开发性金融加强信用制度建设、推动制度建设成果"走出去"的对策建议。
From the perspective of institutional supply in supply-side structural reform,this paper focuses on concepts and methods of planning priority in development-oriented finance and the significance of bank-government-enterprise-society cooperation and joint construction mode in institutional supply and innovation,and puts forward the countermeasure suggestions for development-oriented finance to strengthen construction of credit system and popularize the outcomes of system construction in the new era.
