金融支持宁波供给侧结构性改革研究

Study on the Financial Support for Ningbo's Supply-side Structure Reform

在经济新常态下,宁波受内外需求萎缩、创新能力不足等影响,经济增长进入新阶段,房地产库存高企,城市竞争力下降,区域金融风险上升。推进供给侧结构性改革成为破解当前宁波经济矛盾、加快经济转型升级的关键之举。本文在阐述宁波供给侧结构性改革形势和特点的基础上,分析了金融支持改革面临的问题,研究提出了金融支持供给侧结构性改革的思路,并提出了具体对策与建议,使金融能更好地服务于宁波供给侧结构性改革和经济社会发展。

Under the new economic normal,affected by the shrinking internal and external demand and the lack of innovation capacity,Ningbo's economic growth has entered a new stage marked with the high real estate inventory,the falling competitiveness of the city,and the growing regional financial risks.Promoting the supply-side structure reform has become the key to solve the current economic contradiction and to accelerate economic transformation and upgrading in Ningbo.On the basis of explaining the situation and characteristics of the Ningbo's supply-side structural reform,this paper analyzes problems facing financial support reform,studies and puts forward the ideas of financial support for reform,and proposes concrete countermeasures and suggestions so that the financial services can better serve the structural reform and economic and social development in Ningbo.
