摘要
随着市场环境变化,当前银行业转型升级已成为共识,向管理要效益,向精细要红利,对精细化管理提出了更高的要求。本文从当前分支机构绩效考评体系框架入手,将绩效考评指标前移,通过项目信息对其目标完成情况进行预判,找出相应的改进措施及有针对性的提分途径,并提出其在项目评测、客户营销和内部管理方面的运用。
With the change of market environment,the current transformation and upgrading of the banking industry has become a common consensus.As it is widely believed that management yields returns and refined management brings profits,there are higher requirements for refined management.This paper starts from the current performance evaluation framework of branches,moves forward the performance evaluation indicators to predict the evaluation results through project information and to find out corresponding improvement measures and the targeted ways to improve the performance.This paper also puts forward the application of refined management to project evaluation,customer marketing and internal management.
