Research Report on Investment Mode of Peruvian Infrastructure Franchise Program

随着稳步发展,秘鲁基础设施领域对私人投资的需求日益迫切。本文对秘鲁基础设施领域特许经营权模式产生的背景、意义及该领域的投资现状进行了简要阐述,介绍了秘鲁基础设施领域特许经营权项目的立项和运作流程及融资机制,并提出了两种探索方案。最后,本文分析了秘鲁钦切洛机场建设项目案例,提供了实际参考。

With the steady development of Peru,people require much better private investment than ever before.This paper introduces the background,importance and the investment situation of franchise mode of the Peruvian infrastructure area.It also presents initiation,operation progress and investment mechanism of the Peruvian infrastructure franchise program,and proposes two exploration approaches.At last,it provides an analysis of the case of the Peruvian Chinchero Airport for reference.
