摘要
国家开发银行先后于2005年、2009年、2012年与中兴通讯签订了80亿美元、150亿美元、200亿美元共三轮开发性金融合作协议,坚定地支持中兴通讯海外扩展战略。截至2016年12月底,国家开发银行为中兴通讯海外项目累计承诺逾185亿等值美元,直接拉动中兴通讯海外商务合同额近百亿美元,为中兴通讯走出国门提供了强有力的支持。国家开发银行与中兴通讯的战略合作,特别是近十年来开展的"走出去"业务,在扶持民族企业开拓海外市场、服务国家经济外交战略等方面发挥了积极作用。在我国当前实施"一带一路"战略的背景下,本案例的研究对我国企业"走出去"具有较好的借鉴意义。
China Development Banksigned development finance cooperative agreement with ZTE for three times,with a value of USD 8 billion,USD 15 billion and USD 20 billion in 2005,2009 and 2012,respectively,so as to support the overseas expansion strategy of ZTE.By the end of December of 2016,China Development Bank has granted a loan of USD 18.5 billion for ZTE's overseas program,which helped ZTE sign commercial contracts of nearly USD 10 billion,providing strong support for ZTE to go global and compete with international communication equipment manufacturers.The strategic cooperation between China Development Bank and ZTE has been a strong win-win example for bank-industry cooperation.ZTE's'going global'international business plays an active role in implementing China's national development strategy of'go global'and support key enterprises to expand overseas market.This case can be agood example for Chinese enterprises to'go global.'
