2017年,金砖国家已开启下一个金色十年,金砖国家十年多来经受住了内外部的挑战,已经成为世界经济增长的重要引擎,作出了重要贡献。中国国家开发银行一直以来积极推动软力量建设,以"智库+金融"助力经济发展和外交大局。本文把金砖国家作为一个整体,系统分析了金砖国家十年多来对全球经济的贡献、经济发展情况和面临的主要挑战,分享了中国开发性金融机构的理念和经验,提出了经济金融合作与知识分享等方面的建议。

In 2017,BRICS countries ushers into the next golden decade.Having stood up to both internal and external challenges over the past 10 years,BRICS countries have grown into an important engine in the world economic growth,and made significant contributions.China Development Bank has been actively promoting the construction of soft power,and supports economic development and overall diplomacy with"think tank +finance".This article regards BRICS countries as a whole,makes a systematic analysis on their contributions to the global economy,economic development and main challenges over the past decade,shares the concepts of and experience in development financial institutions in China,and puts forward suggestions in the aspects of economic and financial cooperation and knowledge sharing.
