The Influence and Judgment of the Debt Sustainability Framework by International Monetary Fund

本文简要介绍了债务可持续框架的理论依据、分析方法、债务限制政策等,客观分析和评价了作为国际货币基金组织宏观经济分析框架之一的债务可持续框架及其理论,并以发展中国家债务与融资实践为例,说明债务可持续理论已经成为当今世界主要经济体债务可持续评价的方法之一。

The article briefly presented the relative theories,debt analyzing methods and debt limit policies of the Debt Sustainability Framework,which is one of Macroeconomic analysis frameworks of International Monetary Fund.Then from very objectively perspective,it pointed out some drawbacks and effects of the Debt Sustainability Framework on the recipient countries.Through the combination of both debt analysis and financing action in some developing countries' practice,it finally proved that Debt Sustainability theory is a method of judging the Debt Sustainability for recipient countries.
