摘要
本文以生态开发为出发点和落脚点,围绕贵安新区绿色大数据中心和绿色能源(新能源车桩网一体化)双驱动绿色发展实践,探索落后地区后发赶超的新结构经济发展路径,希望能够通过地方试点创新政策促进供给侧理论发展,并对中西部绿色金融发展提供参考。
This paper takes ecological development as the starting point and the end result.Focusing on the green development practice driven by the green big data center and the green energy(the new energy vehicle charging pile integrated network)in Gui'an New Area,it explores the path by which the backward areas try to catch up with new structural economic development.The path,through introducing the local pilot innovation policy,is intended to promote the development of supply-side theories and put forward thoughts on the development of green finance in the central and western parts of China.
