摘要
本文分析了现行的《金融企业绩效评价办法》存在的缺陷,认为有必要结合开发性金融的独特性,制定一套独立的绩效评价体系,本文还从完善指标体系、合理确定标准值以及指标权重等方面,提出了政策建议。
The defects of active performance evaluation method about financial enterprise are analyzed. It is necessary that establishing independent performance evaluation system for development finance due to its specificity. In the end,policy suggestion including perfecting the index system,reasonable determination of standard values,and rational determination of index weight,etc. for the development financial institution have been given.
