近年来,美非双边贸易呈下降趋势,美国对非直接投资减少,但美国仍是对非最大援助国,其通过发展援助对非洲国家施加影响,并在非安全事务中发挥重要作用。中非合作论坛北京峰会将构建更加紧密的命运共同体,建议以"一带一路"倡议夯实中非经贸合作,主动构建中美在非合作机制,同时借鉴美国经验,提升中国在发展援助上的外交软实力。

The bilateral trade between US and Africa has been declining in recently years and FDI flow from the US to Africa is also reducing year-on-year.But the US remains the largest ODA provider to Africa and plays an important role in African stability.Given the circumstances,it is proposed that China shall enhance bilateral trade with Africa under the BRI framework to cement the foundation of ChinaAfrica cooperation,work actively with the US in African business and learn from the US with regard to aiding Africa.
