全球价值链视角下企业自主创新的金融支持研究

Research on the Problems of Independent Innovation of Chinese Enterprises and the Countermeasures of Financial Support

全球价值链下,企业要充分利用国内外各种创新资源,提升自主创新能力,才能不断提高国际竞争力,促进我国经济高质量增长。本文首先分析了全球价值链视角下企业自主创新的内涵,阐述了我国企业自主创新的发展现状,指出我国企业依然存在着主动创新意愿不足,国际创新资源利用能力较弱等问题。最后本文提出了逐步完善金融支持体系,促进产融结合,深化科技服务业和金融业对外开放等支持自主创新的政策建议。

From the perspective of global value chain,firms should make full use of all kinds of innovation resources home and abroad to enhance their independent innovation ability,improve international competitiveness,and promote high-quality economic growth.This paper describes the current situation and the problems in enterprise innovation.Firms still have inadequate willingness to innovate actively and weak ability to utilize international resources.Accordingly,it is proposed to improve the financial support system,promote the combination of industrial capital and financial capital,deepen the opening-up of science and technology services and financial services.
