The role of hepatocyte growth factor in the invasion and metastasis of tumer
摘要
肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)是一种多功能的细胞因子 ,通过与其特异性受体c Met蛋白结合引发细胞内的信号传导途径 ,参与肿瘤的侵袭转移过程。对HGF及其受体在肿瘤侵袭转移过程中作用机制的研究为抗肿瘤转移治疗提供了一个极有希望的新靶点。
