摘要
目的 :探讨草分枝杆菌制剂对人结肠癌细胞周期动力学的影响。 方法 :以不同浓度的草分枝杆菌制剂(商品名乌体林斯 ,UtilinS)体外处理人结肠癌细胞株Lovo,4 8h后以流式细胞仪检测细胞周期动力学指标的变化。结果 :4种不同浓度的药物均能调控Lovo细胞的细胞周期 ,使G0 ~G1期细胞数率非常显著地上升 (P <0 .0 1) ,G2 ~M期细胞数率显著地上升 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时使S期细胞数率非常显著地下降 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :乌体林斯能直接抑制结肠癌细胞株Lovo增殖 ,并可能通过G2
Objectives:To study the effects of mycobacteriumphlei(Utilin S) on cell cycle kinetics in human colorectal cancer cell line: Lovo cells. Methods: The cells were cultured in RPMI 1640, and with Utilin S at concentration of 1.72, 0.86, 0.43 and 0.215 mg/L respectively for 48 hours. The cell cycle kinetics was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: The drug had significant effects on Lovo cell cycle rate, percent G 0 -G 1 phase increased ( P <0.01), percent G 2 -M phase increased, too ( P < 0.05 ). While its percentage of S phase decreased ( P <0.01). Conclusions: The drug may directly inhibit Lovo cell proliferation, and may stimulate apoptosis via withdrawing G 2 -M phase tumor cells from proceeding to the regular cell cycle.
