从核心现场重思“新的普遍”:评论“新天下主义” 被引量:2

Reconsidering“Alternative Universalism”from the Standpoint of Core Location:A Discussion on“New Cosmopolitanism”

摘要 最近,中国的各种相关学术论坛也热衷于探讨如何克服欧美中心的普遍主义。那么,我们到底从何寻出新的线索?我们或在走向解析'新的普遍'的过程中所讨论的,即'主权重构'的具体事例中,似乎已经有了一些值得参考的线索。在本文中,笔者想从'主权重构'的角度,探讨中国方面提出的'普遍',即'新天下主义'的核心内涵与意义。为了这另一种普遍的探讨避免过于抽象,笔者会在流动的历史的特定时空中,尤其是从'核心现场'的角度,对此进一步进行解析与重思。在本文中,笔者针对仍然处于分断状态的朝鲜半岛(作为核心现场之一)而提出的复合国家论这一主权重构论与东亚(大)分断结构论和'新天下主义'进行比较。之所以进行这样的比较,是因为笔者认为核心现场中存在着能够使沟通变为可能的普遍要素,这一探寻过程让我们更深入认识到'沟通的普遍性'如何可能。 One possible alternative to Eurocentric universalism is to look at the world as a venue of rendez-vous in which a network of competing universalisms constantly interact with each other. I’d like to review the controversial issues concerning 'New Cosmopolitanism'(xintianxiazhuyi)which has been inseminated by contemporary Chinese intellectuals,and explore the conditions that make'New Cosmopolitanism'a possible candidate for true universalism. My approach is to relate the cosmopolitan discourse to some'core locations'in East Asia(particularly the divided Korean peninsula). These are places with condensed conflicts,grand divisions and historical contradictions caused by the overlapping influences of the old empire order,colonialism,and cold war.It is found that communicative universality is being formed among individual entities in these core locations. Obviously,the process of dialogue is conducive to a pathway that leads to alternative universalism.
