回春汤治疗缺血性中风临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Efficacy of Decoction for Resuscitation in the Treatment of Ischemic Apoplexy

将 6 2例缺血性中风患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组给予自拟回春汤口服 ,每日 1剂 ,每剂早晚各服 1次 ;对照组给予消栓再造丸口服 ,每次 1丸 ,每日 3次。服药时间均为 10周 ,观察两组临床疗效及血液流变学指标。结果 :治疗组患者有效率明显优于对照组 ;血液流变学指标治疗后两组比较亦有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The former was given one dose of such decoction twice daily in the morning and evening and the latter one Xiaoshuan Zaizao pill once a time and three times daily for oral administration. After ten weeks of administration, both the clinical efficacy and blood rheology were observed. It is indicated that the former is markedly superior to the latter in terms of effectiveness; and marked difference is also found between the two in blood rheology post the treatment( P <0.05).
