利用无机吸附剂制取高纯果糖的研究 被引量:2

Research on Preparing High Pure Fructose Using Inorganic Adsorbent

摘要 通过试验选择了DX-4型无机吸附剂作为制取高纯果糖的吸附剂,并确定了吸附剂的技术指标:特定金属阳离子质量含量(以其氧化物形式计)>6.0%,颗粒度0.50~0.71mm,堆密度>0.60g╱mL,机械强度>110N/cm^2。在操作温度约60℃、进料流速≤0.75mL/min条件下,获得的高纯果糖纯度和收率均大于90%,同时DX-4型果糖吸附剂在工业装置上也取得了良好的应用效果。 DX-4 inorganic adsorbent selected by test was used preparing high pure fructose, and the quality specifications were defined: The mass content of specific metal cation> 6.0% (oxide); granularity 0.50-0.71mm; bulk density> 0.60g/mL; and resist -break pressure> 110N/cm2. Under the condition of operation temperature 60℃ and velocity of flow≤0.75mL/min, both the yield and purification of fructose reached to above 90%. Good results was given in industrial installation for DX-4 adsorbent.
