摘要
食物成分数据是一种重要的国家公共卫生数据。食物成分数据的正确描述对于使用者选择目标食物和判断食物成分数据的有效性发挥着重要的作用。本文综述了国外食物成分表或数据库编辑中,确定分析食物、进行食物描述、成分描述和数值描述的原则和方法,并对如何建立一套完善的食物及其成分的描述方法、以及如何实现食物成分数据的交流和共享进行了描述。
Data on composition of food compositions are very important in many areas, especially in public health. The description on food composition data plays important roles on selecting objective food and judging the validity of food composition value. This paper mainly reviewed the international methods and rules on food and components of selection and description in foreign food composition tables or databases, and reviews how to establish a suitable descriptive method of food and composition data for international data exchange and share.
