机械产品多模抗振可靠性设计

摘要 分析机械产品振动失效模式,应用窄界限理论提出了解决失效模式相关的系统可靠度计算方法。实例计算证明,应用独立假设理设计算出的是系统的较小可靠度,应用最薄弱环节理论计算出的是系统的较大可靠度,而应用窄界限理论计算出的系统可靠度介于两者之间。 Vibration failure modes of mechanical products were analysised.The theory of Ditelevsen narrow bound is used to calculate the system reliabililty of correlative failure modes.An example was given to testify that the system reliability calculated with the autocephaly hypothesis theory was a small value,the system reliability calculated with the weakness tache theory was a large value,and the system reliability calculated with the narrow bound theory was a middle value.
