摘要
对罗勒、荆芥、芫荽三种植物种籽油的脂肪酸组成进行了分析 ,罗勒油含亚油酸 2 4 .9%、α 亚麻酸 5 5 .4 % ;荆芥油含亚油酸 2 2 .3%、α 亚麻酸 5 4.0 %。将这些油与普通食用油按一定比例配合 。
Fatty acid components of Ocimum basilicu m, Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Coriandrum satirum were analysed in this paper. Results showed that Ocimum basi licum oil contents 24.9% Linoleic acid and 55.4%α linolenic acid, Schizonepeta t enuifolia oil contents 22.3% Linoleic acid, 54.0% α linolenic acid. He alth blend oil was produced using the special ratio of these oils and edible oi l.
