元宝枫油理化特性及脂肪酸组成研究

Study on the Physico-chemical Properties and Fatty Acid Composit ionof Acer Truncatum Buge Oil

为进一步研究和开发元宝枫资源 ,以云南产元宝枫种仁为原料 ,提取元宝枫油 ,对其理化特性及脂肪酸组成进行了研究。种仁含油率 4 2 .6 % ,共检出 12种脂肪酸 ,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量达 92 % ;神经酸 (15—二十四碳烯酸 )含量为 5 .5 2 %。元宝枫油既是一种优质食用油 ,也是一种保健用油 。

In order to promote the research and exploitation of A cer Truncatum Buge resource.We use Acer Truncatum Buge seed fo r sample which the physico chemical properties and fatty acid composition has b een investig ated in this paper.The result revealed that the Acer Truncatum Buge seed contains 42.6% fat and 12 kinds fatty acid were identified,in which the con tent of unsaturated fatty acid is over 92% and the content of nervonic,which has not been discovered in oil from other Acer Trncatum Buge,is 5.52%.It has wide prospects in the field of health food and pharmaceuticals.
