摘要
公司与南开大学环境科学与工程学院 (张振家教授指导下 )进行酒糟废水和洗米水处理小型试验 ,通过在公司现场对小型EGSB厌氧反应器的中试实践操作 ,证明了采用EGSB厌氧反应器能有效地处理酒糟废水和洗米水。同时本公司为了进一步掌握EGSB厌氧反应器各种技术参数变化对反应器的影响 ,继续利用原有中试设备进行第二阶段中试试验。从而为大型设备调试顺利运行提供有力的保证。
The small-scale test for treating the waste water of distillers' grains and rice washing has been carried out by our company and the Consultant, Professor Zhang Zhenjia of Environment Engineering College of Nankai University. The demonstration is that EGSB anaerobic reactor can efficiently treat the waste water of distillers' grains and rice washing. At the same time, our company will continue utilizing the original pilot equipment to implement the second stage,pilot test so as to further understand the effect of the changes of various technical parameters of EGSB anaerobic reactor on the reactor. Consequently, powerful guarantee will be provided for the commissioning and operation of large-scale equipment.
