The Application of digital sensor DS18B20 in the test and control system of beer ferment temperature

介绍一种网络化数字式啤酒发酵温度测控系统。整个系统由一台工控机 (上位机 )和 10台单片机测温系统 (下位机 )组成。下位机系统利用新型的单总线数字温度传感器DS18B2 0作为测温元件 ,由于它能把温度直接转换成了数字量 ,所以在实现多点温度检测时 ,不仅硬件电路简单 ,而且易于扩展。上位机的RS4 85通过线缆与各下位机的RS4 85相连 ,构成网络化测控系统。该系统不仅性能稳定 ,可靠性高 ,而且易于扩充测温点数。

A kind of network and digital test and control system of beer ferment temperature is introduced.The system consists of two parts:a industry control computer and ten temperature test equipments.The temperature test equipments make use of DS18B20 as temperature test component,so the hardware is very simple.The industry control computer and ten temperature test equipments are linked through RS-485,so a network test and control system is formed.The system is steady and reliable,and easy to increase the number of temperature test.
