主要介绍嗜高温酶及其应用 ,阐述了嗜温菌中嗜高温酶的生产及其热稳定性的背景 。
In this article,we introduce thermozymes and their applications and discuss the backgroud of their thermostability and production of thermozymes in mesophiles.Applications of current and future processes using various thermozymes are reviewed.
